Sky Bird Travel, we are commit to sustainable internal management by having clear written and well-communicated social policy that includes the following principles:
- To grant employees the freedom of employment and contract termination with notice (ideally minimum one month) and without penalty
- To grant employees fixed paid yearly holiday and sick leave and unpaid annual leave allowance
- To have health and safety policy for employees which complies to national legal standards
- To have first aid sets and trained staff are available at all relevant locations;

We attended A waste management training by Recyglo such as Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and encourages all the people use the recycle materials.
Community
- Support local purchasing when quality, service, availability and price allow.
- Provide donations to local community causes
- Work with social enterprises or local producers to provide giveaways for clients or local souvenirs
- Being an environmentally responsible neighbor in our community
Animal Welfare
There are many opportunities for travelers to view or interact with animals in the countries in which we are operates. Such experiences can raise awareness for the plight of these animals under pressure and travel experiences. By better understanding the landscape where it applies to animal welfare in each country, and better understanding the key stakeholders making decisions at critical moments of welfare.
Child safe policy
We are committed, through our own activities, to contribute to a more sustainable development of the destinations where we operates and children are growing up in a safe and fulfilling environment of any society. A child protection policy provides guidelines for organizations and their staff to create safe environments for children.
